Registration & Release Information: • Please note that ALL team members must sign the completed Registration Form.
• Registration Fee must accompany signed Registration Form.
• Mail-In Registration must be postmarked on or before September 22, 2010.
• THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION! You may register the night before the race at the mandatory pre-race meeting

Capital City Adventure Challenge Entry Fees: (Proceeds benefit the child care operations at the East Shore YMCA) Team Entry Fee - $225 ($75 per participant) through 9/18/10
After 9/18/10, the team entry fee will be $255 ($85 per participant)
Regulations: • Minimum age to enter is 16 years old (Parental release required for all racers under 18).
• Maximum number of teams is 100.
Pre-Race Meeting: • There is a mandatory pre-race meeting on City Island (Carousel Pavilion)
on September 24th at 7:30 PM. You can register at this meeting.
• Check-in for the race is immediately after the pre-race meeting.
Prizes: • Prizes will be awarded for the top three teams in each category.
• Prizes also will be awarded to winners randomly selected at the Post-Race Party.
• Every participant will receive a limited edition 2010 Capital City Adventure Challenge
T-shirt and Racer Bag!
