The East Shore YMCA is excited to present the 10th Annual Capital City Adventure Challenge on Saturday, September 25th, 2010 at 8:00 am. We need your help! Volunteers from the friends and families of the racers have always been the cornerstone of a successful race. Spread the word to folks who will be coming with you that they can be a part of the race even if they're not racing. Think of it as a front row seat and be a part of the action. It's really fun, and you'll get a cool free T-shirt. Plus, immediately following the race, there will be an after race party.

Volunteers will be divided between each event and the obstacles. The time required will vary from 2 - 6 hours, starting at 6:30 am Saturday.
