The Capital City Adventure Challenge is back for 2013 with a new date!  Typically held in September, this year's event will take place the last weekend of June. 

We are excited to bring the race back to the area with new challenges, bigger obstacles and a few twists and turns you won't see coming. 

This exciting 4-6 hour event tests the mental, physical and emotional skills of each 3 member teams as they run the gauntlet through the City of Harrisburg.

Featuring sections of road and mountain biking, trail and road running, canoeing on the Susquehanna River and team obstacles, both physical and mental, throughout the entire course. 

Approximate Distances:

5 mile run, 20 mile mountain / road bike, 3 mile canoe, 6-8 special test
